I Spent my early 20’s bouncing around metal fabrication and manufacturing jobs spending all my free time in the gym. I kept getting the nagging feeling that something absolutely essential was being left out… I was going through life unfulfilled. So that's when I decided to turn my passion into a profession so that I could use my knowledge and expertise accumulated over the years of gym experience to help others get fit like me, now that I know all the tricks.

So I got Certified as N.A.S.M. (National Academy of Sports Medicine) Personal Trainer and took my prized programs I have seen the best results from and made them available to help fast track people to the finish line so they can skip all the experimenting and just get the best results.

I teach Health and Fitness as a lifestyle and demonstrate how just a few simple changes can set you up to maintain your fitness goals for life. This means I spend a lot of time teaching how to make exercise, nutrition and lifestyle choices to set you up not just to accomplish your goals, but push you beyond them. I don’t provide training sessions, I provide solutions. And the lessons you learn from me will go with you wherever you go, resulting in a permanent optimal level of fitness, even long after my program.
