My name is Patrick, and I am 30 years old. Fitness and weightlifting have been in my life since I was 17. After spending a few years working a corporate job, I decided that i wanted to pursue a career about which I am passionate. I lead a fairly active lifestyle as it is and understand the balance that needs to be struck between keeping oneself healthy and active against the demands of daily life. I view exercise as a vehicle for positive growth in all aspects of life; not only can it help make someone look better, but the benefits to mood, mobility, health, and quality of life are, in my view, the most important benefits of an exercise routine.
With my experience, I will be able to assist clients with planning an exercise program that looks at the totality of their lives, helping them with incorporating sustainable changes that will last them years and improve their quality of life.
