Growing up, exercise has always been my passion. This inspired me to earn a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and work as a certified personal trainer. I have experience across a variety of training styles and age groups. Everyone has their own health and fitness goals. What they might not have is a plan to achieve those goals, or the knowledge required to ensure that their plan is effective. This is where I do my best work – I will make sure you have a plan and give you whatever help you need to execute it. Achieving your goal won't happen by accident. Let's make a plan.

Training with Peter for over 6 months has changed my life for the better, or the best ever. Even though I had done regular workouts in the company gym for over a year before I enrolled in Peter’s three different classes, it was until recently I made tremendous progress on weight control and strength build-up. Excellent trainer! Peter designed a customized workout for me with special attention to my beginning strength level and mindful of my health goals. Each session, he varies the order of the exercises and introduces something new. He explains the mechanics and purpose of each exercise to ensure I get maximum value from every part of the workout without injury. I am so impressed with Peter’s training style and knowledge that I added a second weekly session.
