Growing up, exercise has always been my passion. This inspired me to earn a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and work as a certified personal trainer. I have experience across a variety of training styles and age groups. Everyone has their own health and fitness goals. What they might not have is a plan to achieve those goals, or the knowledge required to ensure that their plan is effective. I've been working with Pete for a little over 6 months and he is a knowledgable, thoughtful personal trainer. He will push you to expand your capabilities but is also very careful about making sure your are doing the excercises correctly to prevent injury. I highly recommend him!
Training with Peter for over 6 months has changed my life for the better, or the best ever. Even though I had done regular workouts in the company gym for over a year before I enrolled in Peter’s three different classes, it was until recently I made tremendous progress on weight control and strength build-up. Some pants I was wearing at my late 40th are now fit me again. More importantly my lower back pain has never been back again since my working out with Peter because he has been extremely attentive and worked around my injured back while drive excellent results with my fitness and health. I have never felt defeated after a workout with Peter. He's motivating, positive and understanding of where I am that day. I've never missed a workout session without a big reason in the past six months. Actually they become my favorite time slots of the week because I gained self-confidence too every time when I walk out the gym! Peter’s passion for strength and health is infectious, and he really drives me to make a lifestyle change that works best for me. He helped me understand not only how some specific workouts work for me, but why they worked through building which muscle groups. He is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend reaching out to him and trying the workouts he is offering. I'm so happy I did and will not turn back as long as I'm here.
