About Tyler

I specialize in group exercise, functional training, and personal training and I have trained clients that are beginners, senior citizens, as well seasoned athletes who are looking to take their performance to the next level. Prior to becoming a personal trainer I served over six years in the United States Army. My passion for physical fitness, strength, and conditioning motivates me to constantly research and learn the most current and time tested training techniques. I am certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sport Medicine and Level 1 CrossFit trainer with years of experience in programming, training, and coaching
