A well educated, well rounded, family man who cares about helping people achieve their goals quickly and effectively as possible. I expect 100+% effort each time you are at my facility. Whether you can only work that hard for 5 minutes or an hour it does not matter to me. Just give me your best effort each time train. I am not a hard ass, I am strict with form, safety, and technique. I want each person to learn and retain what we do each day. My main focus is functional movements and training. I can train many avenues within this realm of fitness training. I have been in the field a long time and have worked as an Exercise Physiologist as a hospital and have run and operated 3 of my own functional fitness centers.
I believe in functional fitness and the ability to perform and achieve any task put in front of us. I focus on the entire body on most movements. This can be done with cardio movements to burn fat fast and build quality lean muscle. I also follow this suite for those looking to learn how to lift weights for power lifting and olympic lifting.
