Fitness has always been a part of my life. As a child, I participated in Taekwondo and Hapkeydo. As a teenager, I wrestled, played baseball, and swam for both high school and city league. During my time in the US Army Infantry. I completed two tours in Iraq, rose to the rank of Sergeant, served as hand to hand combat specialist, and competing as an army boxer. I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2016. I have an Associates in Applied Sciences Exercise Science. I am currently pursuing my Bachelors in Exercise and Wellness at Arizona State University. I became a trainer to empower others and help them obtain their goals to create and live a healthier, happier life.
