My name is Dawn; I help Former, Future, Forever Athletes performance train for competition, life, & themselves.
I utilize MRT; Metabolic Resistance Training, a hybrid format of Metabolic Conditioning & Strength Training. MRT results in improved body composition, from maximal caloric burn during a workout & an extended fat furnace burn post workout.
MRT workouts are a fusion of resistance training & cardio exercises. They are comprised of various resistance training tools for full body workouts or target muscle group workouts & result or outcome based workouts.
You can expect to level up your fitness, gain greater power, & have fun.
Training is Dynamic with creative combination exercises, complexes, and fit games.
