My training philosophy is to build a progressive program for individuals needs emphasizing on stability, strength, and injury free power. I believe in building core strength through functional training and stability while challenging the muscles to always achieve optimal results. Nutrition plays a major role in keeping the happy in your success.
My favorite client story
My favorite client success story is a gentleman at Life Time Fitness that I trained for a year plus. He lost over 100 lbs. and would still train with me now if I did not move.
My favorite exercise
It's hard to pick one favorite exercise so I am going to have to pick the woodchop and kettle bell swing. These are some of the best things to get started on a great program getting the posterior chain ( butt, hamstrings, and low back with the swing) and the rotational core movement that destroys those non existent waists. Plus if I just did these two moves every day I would get an almost full body workout and cardio.
