Get Incremental! Get Fit! Incremental Fitness works with its clients outside in sunny San Diego. Tools such as slam balls, sandbags and body weight exercises are incorporated into full body movements. The results of such workouts are: full body strength, agility and mobility along with toning, fat loss and happy clients with increased body awareness! In line with the name of my business.. Progress in fitness is an incremental process. There is no cookie-cutter approach to fitness. We all have different struggles and successes. The key is keeping perspective and realizing how far you have come during your evolution.

Not only was (& IS) my client seeing results. All the time she is asked..."are you working out?" or "you look great these days!" She already knew it, but it felt great for her to know that others saw the results of the hard work that she put into her workouts every week.
My favorite exercise
Squats. Yes, they are a great full body workout. We can add some weight to them i.e. sandbags. OR when having some fun with slam-balls clients may not realize they are incorporating squatting at the same time...but your muscles thank you! :)

My training experience
Before moving to San Diego staying in good shape and working out were priorities of mine. However since living here competing in Obstacle Course Races and doing other physical events has made me more focused in my workouts as to the outcome I want to have on a specified date in the future. As a result I have had competitive finishes at the Men's Health Urbanatholon in San Francisco - finishing in the top 15 percentile in my age group, overall and in the male division. In addition I have competed numerous times at the San Diego Bootcamp Challenge, most notably finishing 3rd in my age group and 20th overall. Lastly I have completed Goruck Tough Challenge multiple times, a team event that is a truly live-changing event.
