I believe that every person is strong, regardless of their fitness level. I work side by side with my clients to meet their own personal goals, while having fun along the way. My workouts are a combination of strength training and cardio conditioning, with and without equipment. I work out of a gym in Normal Heights, but I am also glad to train outdoors or in clients' homes.
In the past, I have worked with a wide variety of clients, especially women and mothers with the goal of improving their health and fitness. I support my clients along the way to their goals and meet each client where they are. I look forward to working with you!

I’ve trained with Grace many times and she is the best. She knows how to break down a move in a way that helps me to understand the purpose of the move as well as how to keep me safe. She is high energy and FUNNY AS HECK. Also great music to keep me pumped the whole session.

Grace helped me find a strength-building plan after a running injury. She was calm and friendly and supportive. Honestly, it felt more productive than my physical therapy sessions- I think because Grace listened so carefully and was very clear with me about what to do and why. It felt like being trained by a friend- I would 100% recommend, especially if you are nervous about personal training.
I don't normally leave reviews, but Grace is one of a kind and I have to share! I started training with Grace a long time ago but had to move for school before we could really get started. I recently moved to SD and was stoked to find out she trains in my area. Grace has a knack for making you feel comfortable like no other trainer I've met. She really inspires me to do better and *want* to work out. She knows how to adjust the exercises in a way that accounts for my bad back, and she's aware of my body's ability and pace, making training with her more fun than work. She makes you feel safe and I love that she's ACE certified. I know I'm in good hands with Grace. Plus she'll have you laughing a bunch which makes for an easy ab workout!
