Hey there, I'm Hannah! I'm a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a dotFIT Certified Fitness Professional. My favorite client story

So far, I'd have to say my favorite story is my husband's. He was never a huge fan of exercise or eating healthy. But I got him to do a "Biggest Winner" challenge at our local gym, and after losing 20 pounds, 5% body fat, and 2 pant sizes in just 6 weeks, he's hooked!

My favorite exercise

Deadlifts! Nothing like pulling a loaded barbell off the ground to make you feel like a badass.
