About Mike

I offer a program that will get you the results your looking for in a quick and effective way that brings both a nutrition program that is highly and effective, mixed with a fitness program that brings a combination of workouts and exercises that boost your metabolism. I bring a combination of expertise to my training regiment that includes Boxing, plyometrics, weight training, cardio, cross fit, to increase weight loss, muscle tone and strength, core strength and flexibility. After a free consultation I put together a nutrition program that is not a diet, but a plan that will increase your energy, speed up your metabolism and quickly increase weight loss.

I am a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist. I work with clients specifically looking for weight loss, increased muscle strength and aerobic fitness, and sports training/rehab. I will provide you with a program that will result in creating the body you want, in a healthy manner from a nutrition program (no diet) and workouts that will give you the fitness results your looking for. I train using innovative workouts, cross fit and body for life concepts, boxing with a nutrition program based on your likes and dislikes that includes menus and recipes as well as workouts for days we are not training together.


My favorite client story

My favorite client's story is a young woman that came to me asking to lose weight, I soon discovered that this client needed a full change in lifestyle. Many clients need to make changes in their lives to be healthier, but I soon came to realize her greatest change needed to be in attitude, overall wellness and well being. I chose to train her only at the beach, I believe the crashing waves, the quiet surroundings are energizing. Months later I believe I had a person that went through a complete transformation, working hard, and sticking with tough workouts, she became a healthier and happier person.

My favorite exercise

I can't say I have one favorite exercise but I love boxing and as an ex boxer I love bringing innovative ways to train myself and others in boxing, creating an athletic, fit, explosive fighter. Squats, plyometrics, combined with sports muscle memory.

My training experience

I have been training for over 20 years and as an ex- boxer I love teaching the sport. Women especially love learning to Box, its awesome for self defense and gets you in great shape!
