My favorite client story

I had a client with a severe thyroid condition. Hypothyroidism that had her severely overweight and depressed. Through proper work with a doctor and diet we were able to bring her weight down from 205 to a svelte 111. She is now a superior athlete, in a great state of mind and is able to eat and enjoy foods she could never have had prior to my intervention. While medication with a Dr was absolutely necessary the Dr indicated he wished he had had the nutrition and training counsel I provided for more of his patients in order to achieve this same success. I now work regularly with this Dr to assist him in helping his patients achieve perfect biohealth markers. Its a win for the client in terms of looks and health.

My favorite exercise

Prime movers. Many people neglect these fundamentals and haven't mastered them. Working them and getting the movement correct is required in order to do anything else. This is why many people struggle year after year to make any gains. You have to learn how to crawl before you can walk. Even professionals return to the fundamentals periodically to make certain they can continue to excel.

My training experience

I have worked with hundreds of clients looking to build muscle and loss fat. All ages from athletes to first time exercisers have benefits from my knowledge. Use me! I want to give away all that I have learned. I personally ran through every fad diet, work out routine, and guaranteed fitness book that would get me close but only if I stuck to unrealistic ways of eating or exercise. I knew there must be an easier way. I studied the science of exercise and diet and found glaring holes. I decided to attend medical school to figure out this discrepancy in the literature and what I found was it is simpler than whats being sold to the consumer. The answer lies in how the body utilizes what we give it and I have honed that to make it work for my clients, not against them. Much of my counsel is counter to what is "known" to be true. The sad fact is the public has misinformation.
