Improve your flexibility, spine/joint health, and strength by learning and practicing some of the most effective movements in all of exercise. These movements will develop a foundational level of mobility and strength that will prepare you for success in any other physical activity you wish to pursue (whether that be yoga, dance, martial arts, traditional sports, etc). And even if you don't wish to pursue anything further, these movements can be progressed for many months or years and with each passing month of practicing you will feel more confident, stronger, and capable in your body.
Learning these movements will improve your body's resilience and help keep you injury free and mobile for a lifetime. If you have pain performing any daily tasks like reaching for pots and pans in low cabinets, playing with kids, cooking, or even just sitting at your desk, I will help you strengthen and mobilize the relevant parts of your body to eliminate this pain, prevent it from re-occurring, and make these tasks enjoyable.

My Story (if you're interested):
I played soccer from a young age through high school. I did some strength training in high school, but mostly my training was just soccer practice. In college, I did not play any sports and got more into your standard lifting at the gym. Throughout college and even a few years after, I just found programs online to try to build muscle. Some I enjoyed more than others but none of them really helped me achieve my goal. If you are someone who has been trying programs they find online with no success, I highly recommend a coach if your goals are important to you!
After years of minimal results in strength and muscle, a stiff body from neglecting flexibility and mobility training, and feeling fatigued and tired almost all the time, I started to make health a priority to correct these issues and learn how to feel my best. I've been doing consistent research on general wellness, exercise, and nutrition for over 3 years and this has made me the strongest I've ever been, more flexible than I ever thought I would be, and flowing with energy.
I still don't have the huge muscles I was looking for when I was younger, but I am now getting stronger and more flexible every week. I have sustainable fitness goals that will have me enjoying and progressing through fitness for a lifetime. And I have an excellent understanding of diet and well-being principles that keep me energized day in and day out.
