I became a trainer because I wanted to find a career that allowed me to help people while being able to stay connected with fitness. In doing so I’ve gotten fantastic opportunities to work with a wide array of amazing people ranging from: brides getting ready for their special day, clients battling chronic illness such as COPD and Parkinson’s, clients preparing for races and spartan runs, to the business professional simply looking to get/stay in shape. I believe working with such a diverse group of people has allowed me to have a broad skill set and amount of knowledge to bring to the table when it comes to meeting the needs someone is looking for in working with a fitness professional.
