About Cole
My name Is Cole Sandvik, I'm a person who has been through every fitness journey. I grew up overweight playing football. When I was 13 I lost 70 pounds, then my freshman year of football I gained back 30 unwanted pounds, and each time I gained or lost weight I never had muscle. After a traumatic brain injury playing football, I had to stop. And I kept gaining weight back, it was really hard. Then I met my mentor who got me into the gym, and I was in love. When the COVID lockdown happened I couldn't learn enough I have dedicated my whole life to learning every way to train, and every way to eat healthy the right way. I then lost 50 pounds while putting on muscle, I bulked putting on 50 pounds, I prepped for a bodybuilding show losing 25 pounds keeping a bunch of muscle on, and now I'm 18 sitting at a lean 210 with muscle. One thing I learned is you don't have to hate it, it's not super miserable unless you make it miserable. It's actually really fun. I really enjoy lifting some weights seeing some of my best friends, doing some cardio, and feeling accomplished knowing I got after it today. I understand what you're going through, I know how hard it is. And that Is why I want to help you be the best version of yourself. And, build meaningful friendships that last a lifetime while doing it.
