Having gone through his own “Body Transformation” himself, Jason possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the process and what it takes to GET Result s. With an emphasis on nutrition Jason believes and teaches this is the “most important piece” of the Transformation puzzle. This is my first time ever working with a personal trainer. I was a bit nervous as I always thought of trainers as ultra-intense, meatheads yelling at you to "do one more rep" when your arms already feel like falling off at the end of a workout. That couldn't have been farther from the truth with Jason. He's been very open to understanding my goals, helped me put a plan together custom-tailored to my needs and has pushed me during the workouts without being overbearing.
