About Presley

I have been a fitness professional since 2002. 4 year internship with Real Salt Lake in the athletic department and 2 years as their strength and conditioning coach. I completed in all natural bodybuilding comps for 8 years winning Mr. Utah in 09 and never placed under 2nd. I love what i do and would love to help you.

Life is a journey worth spending feeling your absolute best, a healthy body allows us to do this in full effect. Weather it be hiking  traveling, anything that involves movement
