I have a passion for helping people learn how to modify their everyday nutrition and exercise habits in order to achieve their wellness goals. I have been researching nutrition and exercise science for the past 40 years towards my own personal goals and well-being and want to do the same for other people.
I work one-on-one with clients to develop an individualized nutrition and/or exercise plan by learning about their background, their goals, their preferences, and their psychological and time constraints. I educate clients on the underlying principles so that they can implement these plans on their own going forward.

I reached out to Arieh to see if he could help me get a handle on my nutrition and exercise routine. I was frustrated with a lack of results (stubborn vanity pounds) and bored and unmotivated with my exercise routine. Arieh took a lot time to explain how to break down macros and count calories the smart way. I had a lot of questions and his guidance was eye opening. I’m not 100% compliant but I feel better when I eat the way he suggested. Exercise routine is finally stream lined and clear and a good fit for me. He checks in with me frequently even though it’s not part of our original agreement. Arieh is good at what he does because he loves this field. It’s not just a job that pays the bills. I must admit at first I was a little scared to reach out to a trainer. The whole "this is gonna change your life" sort of things are always scary. But I couldn't stand how I looked and knew I needed to do something. Arieh was able to help me make better choices, which in fact turned out to be not difficult at all! He helped me come up with a food plan using the foods I liked and, in fact, told me,"Don't eat things you hate!". The work out program was not so overwhelming that I couldn't do it nor was it underwhelming enough to be boring so I wouldn't do it. Just as with the food plan, it was what I needed. He continues to give me guidance and encouragement! I recommend him highly!
After struggling with yo-yo dieting, I decided that I needed professional guidance. Arieh was a great nutritional coach for me. He is super knowledgeable and wants his clients to be educated and empowered about their food choices. I was able to text or call him with any questions and he checked in with me regularly.
