My comprehensive programs include nutritional training and online nutrition and exercise workouts in addition to our sessions in person. A certified medical exercise and adaptive fitness trainer, I work with women and men, including youth  families seeking real fitness and health.

Single Leg Work - I like a balance challenge. It's different every day. I hate Burpees but do them. Suspension training is one of my specialties but every training toy has its place and purpose. Movement is dynamic - just like life.
