I am a registered dietitian and certified personal trainer with formal education in exercise at the bachelor's (kinesiology) and master's level (exercise physiology) and have a double-optioned nutrition sciences degree. I specialize in weight loss nutrition counseling, sports nutrition, vegetarian diets, stability and balance training, flexibility training, and pure strength training. I am very detailed and analytical, and my goal is to teach and counsel rather than string you along with more sessions. I've worked 25 client-hours a week through RecSports at UT Austin to gain experience since 2012 and am now looking to build my business in the greater Austin area as well. Prior to working with clients, I worked a teaching assistant in the nutrition department and as a tutor for UT Athletics in the sciences.
