I have always had a passion for health and fitness, and helping others realize their potential and word towards fitness, behavior, and nutritional goals is one of my favorite things to do.
I grew up playing soccer, and moved on to cross country and track in high school, followed by rowing, strength training, and weightlifting in college. At fourteen years old, I bought my first couple of "diet books" and read them cover to cover, thirsty for knowledge about how food affects the body. I've always wanted to know all the itty bitty details about nutrition and exercise that would allow me to maximize my athletic potential, and that curiosity has carried me through a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and nutrition.
During my free time, I like to design workouts and nutrition plans and watch netflix documentaries on health and fitness. I'm a total nerd, and it would be my pleasure to nerd out with you, teach you all I know, and work towards your goals - be it weight loss, better nutrient timing, getting stronger or tackling a marathon.
