Hello! My name is Rebecca, and I am an NASM certified personal trainer who is enthusiastic, relatable, and compassionate. Through my experience in healthcare settings and as a teacher, I provide a unique touch to personal training as I incorporate in education to empower YOU, account for past injuries and medical history to assure we work in a manner that is best for your health, and pay special attention to postural alignment to decrease risk for pain and injury as you continue on your fitness journey! Furthermore, as nutrition is a critical component of your journey, nutritional guidance will be provided during your sessions. I will work with you towards your goals as I personalize a workout tailored to your interests, goals, and needs.
I am prepared to work with a wide variety of clients. I have had experience working at a commercial gym and plenty of personal experience with exercise. My athletic experience includes, but is not limited to, twelve years as a competitive gymnast, four years as a varsity track athlete, and more recent experience with distance running (through marathons and half marathons) and triathlons (sprint and olympic distance). Furthermore, I have personal experience with boxing, HIIT workouts, circuit training, and muscle building with diverse goals in terms of outcomes. Whether you are an intending to enhance performance, wanting to more confidently approach activities of daily living, wanting to increase muscle mass, trying to loose weight, or working to improve general health, I am ready to support you until you reach your goal.
