About Ryan

Every time we meet you will experience an intense hour long session that will push you to your absolute limit and will give you amazing results. I am an ex college athlete/personal trainer of 2 years and will do everything I can to ensure each workout is specifically tailored to each clients needs and goals.

I am a firm believer that nothing in life is impossible. With that said however, I only set attainable goals for clients that I know I can help them achieve. Never will I expect someone to do something that is beyond their level, rather I will do my absolute best to challenge them as much as possible to push on through to that next barrier.

My favorite client story

One of my clients that I trained for 2 years at a private gym had the goal of gaining lean muscle mass. He attended school at the University of Oklahoma, rival to myself as a Texas Longhorn. When we first started training he was barely able to bench 105 pounds on a flat bench. I made a bet with him that I could get him benching 135 by the time the next OU/Texas game aired. If he lost the bet, he would have to wear all my UT apparel head to toe for a weeks worth of sessions. Sure enough, he was lifting not only 135 but 150 for 4 reps at a time! I took a picture with him in all of my Texas gear and it is something that always motivates me to push people. Making simple friendships and achievable goals always leads to results!

My favorite exercise

Definitely Pullups, Mainly because I am an absolute beast when it comes to them. I only weigh 150 pounds so I can easily knock out 50 pullups in a short time span.

My favorite quote

"Hard work guarantees you nothing in this life but without it you don't stand a chance."

My training philosophy
