Hi, I’m Jake Kleis
I’m a trainer in Cambridge, MA. I have an innate passion for health and fitness that I love channeling to help people accomplish their own goals.
My ideal client is anyone who knows what they want to achieve, has a positive attitude, and works hard. That’s really it.
Everybody has different starting points and struggles, so my training programs are catered to my client’s specific needs. However, no matter who you are or what you do, I use sound, core principles that apply to everyone.

I offer several different modalities of training:
- 1-on-1 personal training at Dirty Water Fitness in Cambridge, MA (spots are limited).
- 1-on-1 partner assisted stretching sessions at Dirty Water Fitness in Cambridge, MA (spots are limited). 30 minute or 60 minute sessions.
- Online training via the app Trainerize. Full custom programming, video demonstrations of exercises, and messaging directly to me via the app.
