My method is simple, but not easy. I place a huge emphasis on form and alignment to make sessions both efficient and fun. We'll work every muscle group to exhaustion, while focusing on strengthening core and postural muscles. No two clients receive the same session; all sessions are tailored to meet your goals, fitness level, injuries, or limitations. I've worked with over 100 clients of all different ages and abilities. Whether you're the client who is looking to lose 50 pounds or looking to train for a marathon, I'll customize a package that is right for you. Additionally, when you purchase a package of sessions, you can use them nutrition coaching as well to maximize your results (I am a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist).

Training sessions are so much more than just counting repetitions. I infuse the mindfulness, alignment, and breath work of yoga with modern day training techniques to take you through an effective and fun workout that will help you build strength, reduce stress, and burn fat. What you learn in our sessions can be directly applied to any workout, so whether you are an avid walker or hard-core Cross Fitter, everyone can benefit from this workout.
