ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

A fun intense training program with emphasis on technique for increased physical performance. Compound exercises such as squats, deadlifts, power cleans, and bench-pressing will be taught. Exercises will be performed to isolate any weaknesses or muscular imbalances to create a stronger and firmer body.

Making sure my clients are reaching there optimal exertion levels when training. Everyone is different and requires different techniques to safely and efficiently train.
