About Vincent
Hi, I’m Vince. I have created a niche by developing training programs that include huge upside for clients who know how important exercising and movement is, and for those who struggle with staying consistently active. You may be looking for a more simple way to train that doesn't involve a gym membership or maybe you are leading a sedentary life but want to be active and need some accountability.
I am ACSM Certified as a Personal Trainer for the last 6 years and am always expanding my education and fitness knowledge on a daily basis through my CEC certifications, my mentors and personal experiences. Having worked in a health club for 2 years as a trainer, I realized four walls and lots of machines was limiting how I wanted to train myself and my clients. In the winter of 2016 I decided to walk 5 miles everyday no matter the weather. I did and in doing so discovered how great I felt and what was needed to continue this type of lifestyle. Hence the Walking Trainer was born. My Vision: We just are not moving enough in our society. We sit far too much and our posture is bad (I feel like everyone’s shoulders collapse forward due to computers, cell phones, driving, extended sitting, etc.) Also our feet are not trained nearly enough. They are your foundation and very important to how you move. My vision is simple. To help clients through training designed to “Keep You Moving”... I look forward to meeting you. Vince

My training philosophy

My training experience
I've always been a fan of exercising and movement. Having played sports as well as swimming all the time as a kid and teenager, it was an easy transition as an adult to continue that. Figuring out how to fix injuries and how to properly exercise was a big part of why I became a trainer. For years I thought I knew proper form when strength training and how to recover from workouts properly. Experience, study, hard work, and help from my mentors has led me to a lifestyle of helping others move better and more consistently.
