My favorite client story
Getting a male client in his early 50's from 20% body fat to 9% body fat & increased lean body mass in 12 months!!! His overall health and fitness level increased tremendously. At first he couldn't even lift his arms above shoulder level, at the end his flexibility and range of motion was above average especially for someone his age and former condition.
My favorite exercise
All aspects of boxing including jump roping, because it is intense and highly anaerobic therefore helping you get lean, ripped, lose weight, get tone, learn a new skill, learn deffesen/offense, and is so much fun!!!! Wall squats!!! It increases your legs strength and overall strength especially when combined with upper body exercises like I myself do to get not one but 3 in one!!! Also Yoga for meditation, relaxing the body and the mind especially before bed time:-)

My training experience
My experience comes from applying all my Fitness training skills on weight training, strength training, bodyweight training, functional training, flexibility and tumbling, boxing, jump roping, shadow boxing, MMA, Core strength, conditioning, diet and nutrition on myself first! As a former IFBB Fitness Competitor I've had to do it all, and I do it all from lifting weights to build & sculpture the body paying attention to details to create balanced symmetrical aesthetics. . I have the expertise and the skills to help anyone get in the best shape of their life! I am now focusing on Virtual Fitness and interactive training, and consultations online. I can provide you with a custom workout plan and a custom diet to suit your needs and get you results. I'm a USA Boxing Coach, Jumprope Coach (teach original jump rope class as a fitness routine) & Fitness Coach. I have many diversed skills, which I use to help others become the best they can be!!! I also do Yoga, and that is one of my ''meditative' outlet's, which I incorporate in my fitness training/teachings.
