About Reginald

I’ve been an athlete all my life, football “QB”, Basketball “Forward”, Track 200 yd dash, 400 yd dash 4x4 400 meter relay, 4x4 mile relay, high jump and long jump, Baseball pitcher. Graduated from USC 1990 Finance / Marketing, went to Rio Hondo Police Academy graduated class 100 and worked for Pasadena Police department for 6 years. Took my series 7&63, worked for Meryl Lynch til 2005.. left corporate America in 2005, self employed since 2005. Decided to take what I love, sports, fitness and being overall healthy because it’s always been my “Lifestyle” and I see fitness and health as a “Lifestyle” not just something to do to loose a few pounds. I started training in 2012 but really didn’t get serious until 2015. I’ve trained civilians, police officers, sheriffs, athletes, adolescence to aging adults. The past 5 years I spent training police officers, sheriffs and civilians to past their PTT “Physical Training Test” for the FBI, DEA, ATF, U.S Marshals, Secret Service and other government agencies. I feel that health and fitness is a “Lifestyle” something that everyone should include in their daily way of life, if it’s a walk, slow jog, run, cycle or weights , getting that heart rate up to your max VO2 and keeping it there, making your heart stronger, making your cardiovascular system even stronger… The strongest muscle in your body is “Your Heart!” A healthy heart is a healthy body and healthy mind.. if you’re still reading this my motto is “Become A Better You” “Be A Better You” and “A Body in Motion… Stays In Motion”… I may be tough and train hard, but nothing in this world is easy and no one is going to give you anything,.. you have to put the time in and you have to earn it !!!
