I love and have knowledge in a lot of areas of fitness- including strength training, Kettlebell training, Running, Yoga, etc. so I am able to help you find what YOU enjoy most.
My favorite exercise
Currently my favorite type of exercise is a tie between lifting and Kettlebell training. I do, however, also love running and yoga!
My training philosophy
I think it's important to find a routine that is enjoyable, motivating and therefore- sustainable. I love to build confidence in my clients so that they feel equipped to be an advocate for their own health and fitness long-term!
