I offer personal training, street self-defense, weight loss, bodybuilding/weightlifting sessions (and more) in the privacy and comfort of your home. My goal is to help you reach YOUR goals. Whether you're a beginner who needs help and direction on how and where to get started with healthy eating and regular exercise or someone who feels their current regimen has hit a 'stand still' and needs a push in the right direction for more muscle tone, etc., you'll get my full assessment and recommendations along with each training session. (Or arrange one session/assessment combination and continue on your own if you prefer). All you need is a little space in your home to workout and dedication. Outdoor workouts available if you prefer. I will also come to your gym if it allows, but it's not required as you can train with me in the convenience of your home - no fancy equipment, traveling or gym membership fees. If you have a set of dumbbells - great. If you have nothing - no problem! Learn how to workout using your own body weight for resistance. Bootcamp/military style training is available which provides combination of fat burning and muscle toning for maximum results quickly. Street self-defense sessions (and/or combination personal training and street defense) are also offered. It will be hardcore. It will require sweat and dedication. It will HAPPEN and I will see you through it! I'll help you reach your goals by providing a training regimen personalized for you specifically (based on your goals as well as interests), teach you proper form and technique and offer all the recommendations I can. You can look forward to more energy, better health, weight loss, muscle definition, and simply feeling better overall. If you're not in 100% condition, you're also still in the right place. I train and work with injured clients and have overcome prolonging injuries myself. I understand completely how it feels to have an ongoing injury, but it doesn't have to be an EXCUSE. Rather than wallow in self-pity alone and focusing on what you can't do, we will focus on what you CAN - and you'll do it! Street defense sessions include self-defense for protection. Don't get caught off guard and learn to defend yourself if necessary. This also applies to anyone with any prolonging injuries too as you can't simply tell "Mister Bad Guy" on the street not to rob you today because you're overcoming a back injury. I don't think he'll really care, and you never EVER reveal your weaknesses anyway! (But we will go over that more during your street defense sessions if you choose to include them). Whether you'd like to train with me once per week or four days per week, we will arrange days/times that are most convenient for you. This is very important: I'm very motivating and encouraging but also be prepared to LAUGH during your session! I've been known to say some 'off the wall' encouraging statements as well as tell stories or jokes to help keep you going... You may find yourself laughing as hard as you train but that's encouraged since having FUN during your road to results will just make you WANT to continue even more!I love what I do and it shows. In addition to sweat and seeing results as you reach your goals, I enjoy making people laugh. You can expect to be caught completely off guard with some of the things I say and some of my jokes while working out, but it's okay to laugh! (Just remember to keep breathing!).
