I don't believe in 'get ripped quick schemes'. Instead, I couple traditional weight lifting techniques with a twist that produce big results over time. I made it through my 3 months Transformation (Started at 220lbs, ended at 167lbs) fighting Bad Decisions each day and believe that with strong accountability and encouragement I can help YOU obtain victory in your fitness goals. It takes time but when done right a 3 to 6 month journey can change the rest of your life. I love to hear the story behind every client that I work with and The sweat on their faces is the evidence of them achieving their fitness dreams and that is invaluable to me. There is nothing like knowing that when one of my clients walks past a mirror with a new body that they will never go back to the way they were before.
