I made it through my 3 months Transformation (Started at 220lbs, ended at 167lbs) fighting Bad Decisions each day and believe that with strong accountability and encouragement I can help YOU obtain victory in your fitness goals. It takes time but when done right a 3 to 6 month journey can change the rest of your life. I love to hear the story behind every client that I work with and The sweat on their faces is the evidence of them achieving their fitness dreams and that is invaluable to me.
