I am a recent graduate. I am an All-American in Track and Field. I've ran for 9 years, so my training will incorporate some of what I have learned as an athlete, as well as my degree. I focus on functional and isometric strength training. I also use strength bands over weights. I include workouts that you enjoy first over everything. In order for me to succeed you must succeed, so let's reach your goal together.
