I'm an energetic fun loving mother of 3. A NASM certified trainer with a deep passion for fitness. Exercise helps keep us sane and calm. I have worked with a variety of clients from those trying to lose fat, obese clients looking to lose a large amount of weight, pre diabetics, pregnant, and post natal. As someone who had to undergo fertility treatment I learned to respect my body and approach fitness as a wholesome approach for creating a temple of health. After each pregnancy I strove to be stronger than before and get back to my pre pregnant self. Everyones journey is a long road and although tough at times the reward of seeing the change and feeling the shift of a positive mind frame is worth its weight in gold.
