I decided to become a personal trainer to show others how to look the way they want to, all of the time. There is an amazing sense of confidence and accomplishment of knowing you have made it to your goals and are able to look the way you want to look. I have made it my mission to find out how to live a healthy lifestyle and be fit at the same time. I do not believe in crash dieting tactics, as these results are only temporary. What I want to bring to you is a way to look good and feel good for a lifetime. My background is in bodybuilding, which is the art of putting on muscle and burning body fat. I have over 13 years of weight training experience, am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Pain-Free Movement Specialist, and am a Nationally Qualified Men's Physique Competitor. I strive to continually learn and research more about weight training and nutrition to become the most effective knowledge source for my clients. I have an enormous passion for health and fitness, which is something you will notice right away. I like to nerd-out and have a deep explanation for any fitness question you have. My goal is to find the ultimate way to stay in shape and live a happy/healthy lifestyle, which are the tools I will bring to you. My favorite client story
My favorite client story is the same one every time. It is the classic "aha" moment, where the client sees the first definitive mark of progress and is HOOKED! I love when the client understands how exactly to achieve their goal, whether it be gaining muscle mass or losing body fat. It is the ultimate sense of control and accomplishment when you have the tools to look the way you want to look and feel the way you want to feel.
My favorite exercise
I am a big fan of compound free-weight movements (Squat, Bench, Deadlift, Row, Chin-up). These exercises can be progressed the most, which deliver the greatest results.

My training experience
I have been weight training for over 13 years consistently in pursuit of learning how to most effectively burn body fat and build lean muscle. I have competed in Men's Physique Bodybuilding Competitions and am 2X Nationally Qualified. I have bench pressed over 300lbs, squatted over 400lbs, and deadlifted 600lbs. I decided to open a personal training gym this year to give others what I have learned over the years. I think there is so much misinformation out there and want to ensure that those that I come across get the right information to achieve the goals that they work so hard to accomplish.
