Facilitating change and seeing progress that I helped to create is very rewarding. Working one-on-one with people who want to make those changes but do not know where to start. I guess is all boils down to teaching.

Never met Jason before prior to finding him on here. Been working with him now for two weeks and I feel great. He pushes you just enough and really gives good input into the workout routine as well as overall diet and daily challenges.
Jason has a wide knowledge base on all things fitness. This really helped him individualize a plan just for me. He helped me get toned and healthy. I have had many trainers over the years, but working with Jason was by far the most effective-and fun!
Jason understands the importance of 'personal' training. He knows how to incorporate your goals in to a custom work out program that provides results. He takes his role very seriously and wants nothing more than to see you succeed. His wealth of knowledge combined with his motivating personality is a recipe for success. He believes in you from day 1 and knows how to track success to maintain the course. He's also great about sharing his resources for Homework outside of your sessions and incorporating your spouse, kids or both. Jason is a family man himself and it's obvious that nutrition and exercise is his passion and wants to share that with his clients. Jason is hands down the best Trainer I’ve ever had. He is incredibly knowledgeable in fitness, nutrition, and overall health. He takes a very holistic and personal approach to training so it’s easy to to make daily exercise a habit not just a “trend.” He has been attentive to my wants and needs, incorporating a bit of HITT exercises in addition to strength training and has provided me with lots of additional exercises I can do anywhere. If you truly want to get the most out of personal training, Jason is your guy!
