My favorite client story
My favorite client story would have to be a few years ago. A male client, over 50, Army Vet who just wanted to lose a few pounds. He ended up losing over 50, was taken off a medication for high blood pressure, lowered medication for cholesterol and now runs marathons!

My training philosophy
I am a firm believer that it's all about balance. Food isn't the enemy when it comes to losing weight or getting healthy. It's all about moderation and an understanding of what works for each person individually. You have to do something different, to see a difference.
My training experience
I have worked with a wide variety of clientele. from the younger athletic soldier, to post-baby new mothers, to middle aged beginners. I have taught one-on-one, group spin and boot camp! I always like to switch it up and keep it new new interesting.

I completed workouts with Sarah while we were stationed at Fort Polk, LA. She had a fun HIIT workout that involved both cardio and weights. She was very engaging and encouraging before, during, and after the workouts!
She’s tough but you’ll get results. Lots of energy, fun and always switching it up. She’s great at tailoring my workouts and her recipes are amazing! You’re awesome Sarah!

Sarah is fantastic. She is always more than willing to assist in areas that you want to focus on. I have issues with my SI joint and despite having hurdles, she still manages to make workouts that focus on that tough spot while working around days where I am limited. I have seen her twice a week since July and I have actively enjoyed working out with her and having her around. Good personality, knowledgeable, and very kind. If you're wary about starting back up in an active lifestyle, I recommend starting with Sarah.
Sarah is a phenomenal trainer! Her energy, knowledge and discipline are on point! She’s been assisting me with Army ACFT prep and running confidence training. Her cardio and strength training workouts are tailored to me, but are fun and engaging! Sarah is willing to answer any questions and walk you through each training event. Sarah is a best of the best!

Sarah is an excellent trainer. She asked a lot of questions to assess my fitness level and understand my goals. She was thorough and took her time explaining what we were going to do during the workout. Bonus - she didn't just observe, she worked out right along with me.
Good kind of sore. My husband and I had our first training session with Sarah a few days ago. It was motivating, enjoyable, and a fun activity we got to do together. Sarah was so informative about how to modify exercises for our out-of-shape, older selves and provided great workouts for home, too. We also appreciate her diet tips and healthy recipes, the peanut butter cup smoothie recipe was delicious! We know we had a good workout by the residual soreness, but are both looking forward to our next appointment.
