I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Yoga Teacher who specializes in guiding clients toward a balanced and healthy lifestyle. From a young age, I participated in a variety of activities ranging from ballet and cross country to lifting weights and playing tennis. After discovering yoga as an elective in college, I pursued teacher training and began teaching Hatha and Vinyasa practices for studio classes as well as private clients.
Since finishing my personal training certification, my passion lies in promoting a full mind and body approach to health and fitness that includes resistance and strength training, cardio-vascular health, and flexibility work. Client sessions integrate breath-work and mindfulness both on the mat and at the weight rack. My intention is to provide the most holistic method for achieving health goals by following a balanced method for fitness that leads to a happy life. It is my absolute belief that the world would be a better place if we could all learn to embrace the benefits of healthy self-care.
