I became a Personal Trainer for many reasons... I would have to say the number 1 reason was to make an impact in the lives of the people around me. Be it large or small, a healthy lifestyle change is a positive impact that can last a lifetime. I enjoy seeing the smile on the faces of my clients once they have obtained their fitness goals and are headed towards the next one. What motivates me in my personal workout routine and life is the idea that you can always do better today then what you did yesterday! I am currently a Trainer with 24 Hour Fitness and was previous at Lifetime Fitness. I have a strong passion for fitness that began at a young age. That has helped me through the good times as well as the bad times. I have a specific training style and philosophy that is unlike any other trainer you may know; Our human heritage is that of the basic rule of. "only strong will adapt and survive.".
