I am a lifelong martial artist with a passion for fitness! I have been teaching martial arts for 9 years and have been training since my youth. Seeking better performance in martial arts and managing my weight and health is what ultimately led me to pursue general fitness, which in turn led to functional fitness and performance focused fitness as well. I am skilled in programming for foundational exercises, restoring and improving functional movement, sports performance, general selectorized equipment, resistance bands, suspension trainers, medicine balls, kettlebells, interval training on various cardio machines, plyometric exercises for skill and performance based training, HIIT and Tabata. I can design a program around each individuals needs and goals, beginner to advanced, youth to adult, health related goals to performance related goals. I am constantly seeking to expand my knowledge with various exercises, equipment, and training styles to improve programming for each individual's success. I look forward to working with each and every client to help them meet their health, wellness, fitness, and performance related goals.
