Individuals who train with me follow a thoughtfully crafted routine specifically designed around their needs, skills, and schedule. I am currently training out of the Annex at Title Boxing Club in Uptown: 4140 Lemmon Ave, Dallas, TX 75219


It does not matter if you are looking for solutions to eliminate 5lbs or 50lbs, I can help! My 5 years of one-on-one personal training experience, as well as group personal training experience, with a variety of populations (High school athletes, Collegiate level track athletes, post-rehab clientele, corporate clientele, obese clientele, brides-to-be, geriatric, and weekend warriors) ensures your trust in me designing the exercise program that is best for YOU. Besides weightloss my training style revolves around fighting away pain. Whether you start training to alleviate pain or are in a preventative mindset towards pain I can help keep you healthy and fighting strong.


My favorite exercise is the squat, all variations. I believe it is a fundamental component of any athlete regimen and is also an effective movement providing positive benefits to the general population client.
