Having been a big girl myself for most of my life, I understand exactly what it takes to break through those barriers and become the healthy person you may be doubting is possible. But Let me set you straight right now: it is! With the circuit training, functional strength techniques I have used to lose 175 lbs., I can help you too. I also firmly believe in holistic medicine and delicious organic food to help overhaul your body, reverse the health problems you may have now, and become a new you! It's not too late. For people interested in other areas of fitness, I'm also a Muay Thai/MMA fighter, and cross train with many different techniques and skills. Come try out a session today!
It's not just the physical exercises that keep a person motivated to keep improving. It's an ongoing relationship between the client, the trainer, and the person with himself/herself. It's necessary to keep the body healthy and free of disease, but also important to keep the mind involved, too.
My favorite exercise
I really love full body exercises like the ball squat, curl, and press. This way, you work more than one body part at a time, help coordination, and torch lots of calories!
