About Diana

Every person needs a workout and nutrition plan that is specific to his/her own personal goals and mental well-being. My objective as your trainer is to show you exactly what you are capable of, to push you, hold you accountable, and to pass on my knowledge so you can maintain your health throughout life. I incorporate a large focus on psychological health  by providing tools to utilize in your day-to-day life, as well as forming a close relationship with you outside of the gym.  Whether you are experienced or just starting out, you can expect to work hard, sweat, and to leave the gym one step closer to your goals while also enhancing a positive mindset. I guarantee I will provide every single tool necessary to achieve your goals. Whether it be a total body transformation, strength/sport training, or just general wellness... I can design a program to fit YOUR lifestyle. I offer dual in person, online, and group session packages as well (not listed) for those on a budget or have busy/travel schedules.
