About Evan

I have always had a passion for health and wellness, and have been active most all of my life. I grew up overweight which lead to this interest of taking action to improving overall health and quality of life.I started training in 2011, beginning with friends, family and co-workers. I quickly fell in love with health and wellness, and have since grown that passion into a career. I have worked with all types of fitness levels and goals, ranging from postural/correctives to athletic performance. I develop personalized programs so each client is equipped with the tools they need to maximize their full potential.
