Whether your goal is to improve performance, lose weight, or get in the best shape possible I can help. I train one on one, small group setting, or boot camp style. I am easy going, disciplined, and patient. My main goal is to improve your long term health and wellness. If budget is a concern I can work with you. My favorite client story
I had a client completely transform from a sedentary woman who hated exercise to a hard core workout finatic. She completely changed her attitude and life forever. Those are the reasons why I enjoy training so much.

I enjoy implementing combination exercises that involve the core such as a push-up>plank or cable row>oblique twist

My training experience
18 years in the field(since 2005). 150+ clients trained. Bachelor's Degree Kinesiology- UNT. Nationally Certified- NSCA. Competitive distance runner(5k-ultra marathon). Winner of the 2009 MS Stampede Addison 5k, 2011 National Veterans Day 11k Dallas, 2020 Dallas Mardi Gras Dash 10k . 115+ races completed since 2004.
