About Jason

I have been surrounded by health and fitness since I was a child. I have competed in a variety of sports such as football, baseball, basketball, soccer and swimming. I received my certificate for personal training from the Cooper Institute as well as continuing to expand my knowledge by researching and learning the likes of Michael Boyle and Alwyn Cosgrove. My scope of training ranges from athletes, weight loss, functional training and muscle toning and much more.. I focus on how your body moves with my knowledge of functional anatomy and combine this with a motivating, challenging, and fun workout environment which ensures long term success for training clients. My goal is to improve my clients’ mobility, balance, coordination, strength and cardiovascular conditioning. Clients will learn to “move better,” while looking better and more importantly feeling better. I want to influence your choices not only now but 5-10 years from now as well. As long as you can give me whatever your 100% is I promise I will help you achieve your goals and more.
