My favorite client story
I have no favorite client, but my first client very first client was also my best friend. Lanky, skinny swimmer body. NOW he is able to out lift me due to his strength training. Goes to show genetics aren't as important as you think.

Deadlifts: an exercise that works your entire body which is great for an advanced workout.
