I travel to you and work with you at your home gym. We meet in person to train at least 5 times a month and I work with you to create an exercise plan for the entire month. I bring innovative training methods I developed while living in Chicago. While in Chicago I worked with people of all shapes and sizes who want to be able to enjoy their lives better than they currently do. What does this mean? I will work with you starting from your current fitness level, reengage the fundamental movements and engage muscles that you forgot you had... We cover a variety of styles of exercise (bodyweight, resistance bands, weights, HIIT, cardio, strength and more) to lose weight, tone and feel amazing. If you are not satisfied with our first visit, the next session is complimentary!

My favorite client story
I don't just have one favorite success story because each of my clients have their own struggles that I have helped them overcome. .One client didn't play sports their whole life and wanted to get in shape to do so. I coached him into better condition, and COORDINATION, which helped him to be able to play in a weekly sports league and have fun! Another client was having a tough time losing weight, couldn't sleep, and had sever back pain. We were able to achieve weight loss, and she is able to walk in heels for an entire day without her back hurting on top of being able to get the best nights sleep possible! .
My favorite exercise
Soccer and Yoga. I am not much of a runner, but when I am on the field chasing something, I don't realize I am actually running... lol Having a sport to play gives me the motivation to strength train and condition. I also want to avoid injury so I do yoga.
