Thanks for stopping by my profile.  I have been an instructor since 1994. My background includes strength training, individual & group martial arts classes, self-defense clinics, yoga, group aerobic & cardio classes, working with individuals who have had injuries, physical disabilities, or other special populations. I love to animate workouts so that they are fun and exciting, challenging and reassuring that you can gain optimal health with an individualized program designed just for you. Whether you are wanting to get in shape for a special event, summer vacay, rehabilitation after surgery or injury, needing to relieve stress, the doctor's orders or just want to impress yourself, count on me to be your biggest supporter. I am here to motivate, inspire and assist you in achieving your goals to better health in your mind, body, and spirit. Typical sessions start with 10-minute warmup, then get into the workout and a 5 min cool stretch after workout for about 45 minutes. After initial assessment, your program will be designed with your goal in mind. Along the way, we will revisit to make sure you are still on target. Your first workout is a free consultation/evaluation.

A client struggled with diets for years. She had lost over 50 pounds doing things she hadn't been able to do in years. She was barely recognizable from when I first met and started training her.

My training philosophy

Everyone learns and responds to movement differently. As your trainer, there will be a specific program designed to meet your needs and goals, depending on your initial assessment, in a safe environment. It will also be at your pace. I want to motivate and teach you how to inspire yourself. Be the best you can be at any age.

My training experience

I've trained with client since 1994 in a variety of settings; cardio group classes, private 1:1 instruction, yoga instruction, and much more. I've been training for about six years and love teaching others how to reach their full potential and live longer by balancing with their mind, body and spirit.
